01 - In a medium bowl, mix cake crumbs, cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until you have a dough-like consistency that holds together.
02 - Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a flattened oval or bunny face shape.
03 - Insert a cakesicle stick into each shape and gently press for security. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
04 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
05 - Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap gently to remove any excess chocolate.
