01 - Set your oven broiler to high and position the rack in the upper third.
02 - Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears, stopping at the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat onto the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
03 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Place lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet and generously brush the meat with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for basting and serving.
05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly browned. Halfway through cooking, baste the lobster with the reserved garlic butter.
06 - Remove from oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter on the side.
