02 - Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour melted butter over mixture and stir until coarse crumbs form.
03 - Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture firmly into pan bottom to create crust.
04 - Mix chopped strawberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
05 - Spread strawberry mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture over strawberries.
06 - Bake 35-38 minutes until topping is golden and strawberries are bubbling.
07 - Cool completely in pan before lifting out and slicing into bars.
