01 - In a mixing bowl or milk frother, add cold heavy cream, whole milk, caramel sauce, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
02 - Whip or froth the mixture on a cold setting until thick and fluffy but still pourable, about 30 to 60 seconds using a frother or hand mixer.
03 - Spoon the cold foam gently over iced coffee or cold brew.
