# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Theyre basically a handheld pizza that travels perfectly for lunches or picnics
  • The tortilla gets incredibly crispy while the inside stays melty and satisfying
  • You can customize the fillings to match whatever your family loves on their pizza
02 -
  • Dont overfill these or theyll burst open in the oven, and nobody wants to clean up that mess
  • Let them rest for about 3 minutes after cooking so the cheese sets slightly instead of oozing out instantly
  • The air fryer version gets significantly crispier, so choose that method if texture matters most to you
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave before filling to prevent cracking
  • Use a pizza cutter to slice them cleanly without squishing all the filling out
