# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It turns those seasonal Peeps into something everyone actually wants to eat instead of the leftover candy that sits in the pantry for months
  • The skillet creates this molten chocolate pool that stays warm and dippable way longer than traditional s'mores, so everyone can gather around and dip at their own pace
02 -
  • I learned the hard way that you need to watch the oven like a hawk during those last few minutes because the sugar on Peeps caramelizes and burns much faster than regular marshmallows
  • The chocolate firms up surprisingly fast once it comes out of the oven, so have everyone stationed and ready to dip immediately
03 -
  • A sprinkle of flaky sea salt over the chocolate before you add the Peeps cuts through the sweetness and makes these taste surprisingly sophisticated
  • Line your baking sheet under the skillet with foil because I promise you will have overflow and bubbling sugar that's miserable to clean off your oven bottom
