02 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
03 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

→ Strawberry Jello Layer

04 - 1 (3 oz) box strawberry-flavored gelatin
05 - 2/3 cup boiling water
06 - 1/2 cup cold water
07 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

→ Creamy Filling

08 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
11 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

→ Topping

12 - 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
13 - Extra fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish
14 - Pastel sprinkles or Easter candies (optional)

# How To:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened and all crumbs are coated. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish, creating an even layer. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.
02 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and mix well. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature, approximately 15-20 minutes, ensuring it remains liquid and does not begin setting.
03 - Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until completely smooth and lump-free. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until thoroughly incorporated. In a separate chilled bowl, whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Fold diced fresh strawberries into cooled gelatin mixture. Pour strawberry-gelatin mixture into the creamy filling base. Gently fold together using a spatula until just combined, creating a marbled effect. Do not overmix.
05 - Pour filling mixture into chilled graham cracker crust. Smooth top with offset spatula or back of spoon. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely set and firm.
06 - Top chilled pie with whipped cream, spreading evenly or piping decorative rosettes. Arrange fresh sliced strawberries over whipped cream. Sprinkle with pastel sprinkles or Easter candies if desired. Serve chilled.
