01 - Toast all 12 bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
02 - Lay out 4 bread slices and spread each with mayonnaise. Layer turkey slices, lettuce, and avocado slices on top of each.
03 - Lightly season each layer with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
04 - Place a second toasted slice on each sandwich and spread with additional mayonnaise.
05 - Add tomato slices and 2 bacon strips per sandwich. Top each with the final bread slice.
06 - Gently press sandwiches together and secure each with wooden picks. Cut diagonally into triangles and serve immediately.
