01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Pat halibut fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Brush the garlic-herb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
05 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with additional parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
